1. Returns

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain products, including:

  • Opened or used fragrance products

  • Gift cards

3. Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
